Selly Park Property Owners’ Association

The Association exists for the BENEFIT of the residents within the conservation and covenanted area of Selly Park.

Selly Park Property Owners’ Association is a voluntary organisation, unlike the
neighbouring Calthorpe Estate and Bournville Village Trust, which have professional
management structures. SPPOA’s committee meets monthly, and endeavours to
uphold the conditions laid down in the 1860s by Robert Dolphin and expressed in
the covenants.

The protection of the covenants is the Committee’s priority. However, it does more.
It identifies and acts on issues of concern to protect the area.

Join the Association to help us preserve the unique character of the local area.

We hope all residents of Selly Park will join the Association, to help make the area a better place for us to live in.
