About SPPOA:
Selly Park Property Owners’ Association is a voluntary organisation, unlike the neighbouring Calthorpe Estate and BournvilleVillage Trust, which have professional management structures.
SPPOA’s committee meets monthly and endeavours to uphold the conditions laid down in the 1860s by Robert Dolphin and expressed in the covenants.
The protection of the covenants is the Committee’s priority. However, it does more. It identifies and acts on issues of concern to protect the area.
